Easy Return & Exchange Policy
The order can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date you receive the product. The product can be easily be returned at our store location and can be picked up by our logistics partner.
If you wish to return or exchange the product, you need to call our helpline number +917056170465 or email us at support@diamondiary.com stating that you want to return or return the product within the 15 days return/exchange window. Please use the e-mail ID used at the time of placing the order. The contact details of our logistic partner will be shared with you. You need to coordinate with them for return shipping and take the following steps:
(a) Pack your order in original packaging and mention your name, order number and mobile number.
(b) First you will receive a tamper-proof packet from us. Please secure order article/jewellery in it and seal it before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed.
(c) Enclose the original invoice, guarantee/warranty card & other tag, if any.
(d) Our logistic partner will pick up the package from you.
(e) Post inspection, only after we get a go-ahead from the QA (quality assurance) team, the credit for exchange will be confirmed or refund against return process will be initiated. Refund process will take 10 business days from the day when product is received back.
Please note that returns are not accepted for any damaged products or for coins, silver products, and nose pins.
Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment
(a) Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
(b) To cancel, contact our customer support team at our helpline number +917056170465 or email us at support@diamondiary.com with your order details.
(c) If the order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation requests may not be honored.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
(a) Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.
(b) You may request a return or exchange as per our Easy Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the item.
3. Custom & Personalized Orders
(a) Customized design and personalized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled, once the production process has started.
(b) If cancellation is requested before production begins, refund will be provided back to the original payment method.
4. Refund Processing
(a) Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
